- Give a personal tour of the location. If you cannot come yourself, we will take photos and record video.
- Negotiations with letting companies.
- Translation and explaining Dutch rental contracts.
- Explaining governmental rules.
- Presence at the final inspection and key transfer.
- Arranging utilities, tv, internet and WIFI by a co-operation.
- Arranging insurances (house and health) by a co-operation.
- Arranging Dutch bankaccount and phone number by a co-operation.
- Information about registration at the municipality and other tips!

Do you want to have some extra help and need some advise you can definitely ask us. We’ll check, translate and explain the rental contract, advise you about everything you need to arrange before the check-in and help you arrange utilities, insurances etc. Also we’ll be present at the inspection / key transfer to support you.
